Release Nissan Cars in Thailand

 Japanese carmaker Nissan Motor Company (Nissan) re-create a buzz in the car market of Southeast Asia especially Thailand. Nissan launched a small-engined sedan cheap and economical, the Nissan Almera.

 As reported by autoevolution, Nissan Almera was launched in Thailand, Friday, October 7, 2011. This car became the first Nissan sedan that was marketed under the eco-car program the Thai government.

 "This is the Almera's first eco-friendly sedan and launched the program in line with the Thai government's eco-friendly cars," said Toshiyuki Shiga, Chief Operating Officer of Nissan.




 Almera 3-cylinder engine equipped with 1200 cc engine with 79 hp power and 106 Nm of torque. Nissan offers a choice of a 5-speed manual transmission or the Xtronic CVT.

 Almera engine is fuel efficient, which is only 1:20 mile. In fact, the resulting CO2 emissions no more than 120 grams per kilometer. Capacity claimed interior more spacious than the average sedan in its class.

 Almera was standing on the platform of V. This platform is designed to create efficient car through weight of the car trimming and car body rigidity increased.

 Cars produced in Samutprakarn, Thailand, was priced at 429-599 thousand baht. The plan, the car will be marketed to many countries, especially the ASEAN region.
